Soul Guidance

Soul Guidance is an ongoing alternatively healthcare practice that is derived on the spiritual context. While it may help mentally and or physically I make no promise of this happening. Soul Guidance entails using a variety of different therapy, energy work and divination practices in order to help you obtain spiritual enlightenment and growth. I designed it to be formed around the client themselves in order for each individual to obtain maximum benefit from it.

How I go about Soul Guidance is relatively simple below I lay out an outline of how the sessions precede in order to actually make this an effective tool in your life having consecutive and ongoing sessions is the best course of action. Which is why I simply can not offer it as a one off thing because you would not find any benefit from it, and it would be essentially wasting your time and money both of which we do not wish to do. As stated above Soul Guidance uses a variety of techniques that I have learned over the years to help the client achieve the best outcome that they can, From meditation practices to energy work and so much more. We also use more ancient techniques such as Egyptian therapy practices that have been used for thousands of years as well as shamanic practices. All of which are included in this program however it is ultimately up to the individual client(s) to decide which techniques they wish to try and utilize during these sessions. When designing this program I was thinking of things I wish I had growing up while I definitely see the need for mental health specialists and truly encourage anyone and everyone to see a mental health specialist and medical professionals, I wish I had someone that could help me understand myself on a spiritual sense that wasn't tied to religion or at least someone to help me in my own religious beliefs. Which is why I decided I wanted to provide this outlet for others to benefit from.

Speaking of religion if that is a route you choose to take I am more than happy in helping you in your own religious beliefs and finding peace and spiritual growth through that. I truly believe all religions should be able to coexist and to each individual it can provide experiences and uplifting that others will never be able to understand because its our own unique existence no matter what religious organization we are apart of.

Next up is the outline I follow, that being said this is simply a template and I will often deviate based on the needs and desires of the client(s).

Step 1: 30 Minute free consultation: This is extremely important as we will be discussing what it is you hope to accomplish and going over all the paperwork to get you on the right track, included will be a Client Bill of Rights (BoR) which explains all the rights you have as a client. We will also be in a sense vetting one another to make sure this is the right fit for you as a client and that I will be able to work with you as your practitioner. From there we will set up your future appointments to start off I recommend every 2 weeks however once a month will also work if it is better for you financially.

Step 2: This will be the first official session, We will again discuss what you hope to obtain in greater detail from continuing Soul Guidance, We will also begin digging into what may be going on, At this stage I usually would do a reading on the situation often times a past life reading as usually in someone's past life is where a lot of things tend to come up and continue until they are resolved. (Sessions can be 30 minutes to 60 minutes in length I usually recommend the 60 minute option)

Step 3: We continue with sessions switching off on the different modalities used usually on the 2nd official session we begin with an energy work though sometimes that is completed in the 1st session depending on needs, wants and time.
